Apple asks Google to remove an app that simulates the Control Center from its store

With iOS 7, Apple introduced a new feature called Control Center that allows users to use some quick settings. An app was then released on Android that simulates this works but Apple immediately took action.

Apple sent a notice to Google asking to delete the application called Control Center from Google Play. Here is an excerpt from the communication:

Unfortunately, even if Google immediately removed the application from its store, the developer Hi Tools Studio has already released a new application that always takes its cue from Apple’s Control Center with many other functions.

We do not believe that this application will remain on the store for a long time but we wonder how Google approves applications of this type after deleting a similar one.
