Apple behind Samsung, Sony and Microsoft for customer satisfaction surveys

The global giant, in the field of electronics and innovation, allows itself to be stolen some position by rival companies.

For the first time, Apple is behind Samsung, Microsoft and Sony in an annual customer satisfaction survey. Forrester Research surveyed 7,500 Americans, asking them how pleasant it is to buy a company’s products, how easy it is, and how effective the company is at meeting needs. Amazon leads the way, garnering a score of 91 for its Kindle devices. Sony is in second place with 83 points, while Microsoft and Samsung are tied for 82 points. Apple is immediately behind at 81. Sony has advanced considerably in recent years, 10 points since 2012. Microsoft has also advanced compared to 74 points recorded in 2013, while Apple, compared to previous years which occupied the second position, is not grown enough and is seen to be overtaken, albeit slightly, by its rivals, occupying the fourth position with few points acquired compared to 2012. Much of Apple’s success, however, has been credited to it thanks to the excellent customer service, especially that in the Apple Store.

Do you agree with these statistics? or do you think Apple’s services are still the best?
