Create stunning HD movies wherever you are with iMovie, the fast and fun video editing application that puts everything you need to tell your story right at your fingertips. Browse the posters of the projects to choose the one you want to reproduce. Create spectacular trailers and compelling movies in minutes. And if you want to share your finished projects with the world, you can do it right from iMovie. This update improves overall stability and fixes a number of minor issues, including:
- Includes the ability to access Help when creating a project on iPad
- Fixes an issue that caused the wrong frame to be displayed after splitting a clip
With iPhoto for iOS, Apple is giving the world of photography a revolutionary gift: Multi-Touch. Browse, edit and share photos from your iPad or iPhone like never before – all the tools you need are just a tap away. And with iCloud you can share your experiences with fantastic photo diaries. Scroll through the photos and find the best shots with a few simple gestures. Multi-Touch tools help you refine color and exposure, and crop, straighten and retouch images. Discover the effects created by Apple: they are beautiful, and add them with a tap. Or make fine touches using your fingertip as a brush. In addition to posting photos to Facebook, Flickr and Twitter, you can transfer them on the fly between your iPhone and iPad, stream images and slideshows to your Apple TV with AirPlay, and use iCloud to create beautiful photos to share online. Here’s what’s new in the update:
- When posting a diary to iCloud, you can copy its URL address using the Copy Link button
- Fixed an issue that could cause duplicate photos to appear in the Photos view
- Stability improvements
GarageBand brings an entire collection of Touch Instruments and a complete recording studio to your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch so you can make all the music you want, wherever you go. Use Multi-Touch Gestures to play keyboards, guitars, drums and basses – they sound real, but you can do things with them you could never do on real instruments. And you also find a number of Smart Instruments that make you sound like a pro, even if you’ve never played a note in your life. Here’s what’s new in the update:
- Fixed an issue that could cause missing songs or songs to get stuck when sharing with iCloud
- Fixed an error that occurred when logging into SoundCloud with a Facebook account
- Fixed minor performance and stability issues
Apple’s new Cards application allows you to create and send beautiful personalized cards with your own text and images, directly from your iPhone or iPod touch. Quickly snap a photo and, with just a few taps, turn it into an elegant thank you card or love thought ready to be sent to any address in the world. Choose from numerous designs and personalize the card with personal messages and photos. Then select a mailing address from your contacts and place an order in seconds. All cards are automatically saved, so it’s easy to send an invitation or birth announcement to multiple people. New in the update to version 1.1.2 include:
- Beautiful embossed cards for Mother’s Day
- New Get Well Card Themes
- Additional cards for birthdays, thanks and more
- Improved mailing address verification
- Fixed an issue with changing an address on the envelope
