ASTRO Gaming Unveils 2nd Gen A20 Gaming Headset and Transmitter for PC, Xbox and PS

ASTRO Gaming, the leader in premium video game equipment, today released the second generation of the award-winning ASTRO A20 Wireless Gaming Headset reveals. The ASTRO A20 is a multifunctional headset with a premium design, comfort and wireless connectivity at an affordable price. The A20 is professionally tuned to deliver audiophile gaming performance.

In addition to the A20 Gaming Headset, ASTRO Gaming introduces the A20 Wireless Gen 2 USB Transmitter for Xbox and Playstation. Included with each A20 Headset is one USB transmitter for Xbox or PlayStation. For A20 users with multiple platforms, adding a second USB transmitter allows a single headset to be paired with both consoles.

The Gen 2 A20 Headset includes many improvements over the previous generation:

• battery life – Play longer sessions with over 15 hours of battery life. Charge the headset with the included USB-C to USB-A cable.
• Flip-to-Mute Microphone The ASTRO A20’s high-precision microphone offers Flip-to-Mute functionality that mutes speech output and conveniently stores the microphone when not in use.
• EQ presets – Three presets for EQ modes are available, including ASTRO (tuned with precise bass for general gaming), PRO (tuned for precise mid and high details for streaming and pro gaming) and STUDIO (neutral for accuracy and best for movies and music).

The ASTRO A20 Gaming Headset Gen 2 is now available for pre-order at ASTRO Gaming for €119 and will ship in October 2020. The headset will also be available from January 14, 2021 at major retailers including Amazon, bol.com, Coolblue, MediaMarkt and Alternate. The ASTRO A20 Gen 2 USB Transmitter will be available exclusively from ASTRO Gaming in Fall 2020 for €19.99.
