Pokemon
There are three Pokémon-inspired movies available on the Netflix: Pokémon The Movie – I Choose You, 2017, Pokémon The Movie – Everyone’s Power, 2018, and the recent Pokémon: Mewtwo Strikes Back – Evolution, which came out last year is like a CG remake of the first monster movie. The series are also available Pokémon – Sun & Moon and the classic Pokémon – Indigo League.
Castlevania
the vampire saga of Konami won an original animated series by Netflix that doesn’t skimp on blood and style, and despite some recent controversy, it was generally very well received by fans. The first season came out in 2017, and the third was released a few weeks ago. A fourth season is already confirmed, but it has no release date yet.

The Witcher
Perhaps the production that has to do with games that was most talked about in Netflix, this 2019 series puts the handsome Henry Cavill in the role of the witcher Geralt, and he will grumble a lotwhile hunting monsters and engaging in intrigue. A second season is already confirmed. And yes, I know the series is more inspired by books than games. ¬¬
League of Legends
the documentary League of Legends: The Origin, from 2019, interviews fans, pro-players and even some game producers to try to explain how the game was born inspired by a mod from Warcraft III has managed to become one of the biggest phenomenons in video games and eSports.
silent Hill
I know that movies based on games don’t usually do, but Terror in Silent Hill, from 2006, is a rare exception to the rule. The film faithfully adapts the story of the first game in the series, replacing the father with a mother, who goes in search of her daughter in a city that seems straight out of a gore nightmare.
Dragon quest
One of the most classic JRPG sagas also has a film on Netflix! CG animation Dragon Quest: Your Story was released in 2019, and recounts the story of Dragon Quest V, one of the most famous in the franchise. The plot follows Luca, young warrior who seeks to save his mother from the evil one slab.
Halo
The traditional FPS franchise of Xbox it is also present with 3 titles in the national catalog of Netflix: We have Halo Legends, 2009, Halo 4 – Forward Unto Dawn, 2012, and Halo The Fall of Reach, 2015 production that revisits the origins of the legendary Master Chief.
Minecraft
Another famous game that also won a series in the Netflix. In fact, this Minecraft: Story Mode 2015 is the episodic game of telltale, turned into a series and with simplified gameplay for remote controls. That’s right: you make decisions that affect the direction of the story as you watch.

tomb Raider
After starring in an excellent reboot in the gaming world, Lara Croft also received a reboot in theaters in 2018: in Tomb Raider – The Origin, Alicia Vikander brings the character to life, which shows the character’s early adventures as she investigates her father’s disappearance.
angry Birds
The most famous birds in the gaming world are also present in the Netflix. In this fun 2016 animation, the bird red, who needed to learn to control his anger, ends up becoming the hero who will save his people’s daughter from an invasion of pigs!
Devil May Cry
This 2007 animated series follows the swashbuckling hero Dante, who travels the world hunting demons and facing infernal creatures that try to invade our world. Dante is very well portrayed, keeping his sarcastic personality and badass way.
Assassin’s Creed

NiNoKuni
Another JRPG marking its presence in Netflix! This animated feature from 2019 shows the adventure of two teenagers who go through high adventures in another world to save the life of a friend. Sonic
The fastest hedgehog in the gaming world is present in 2 titles in Netflix: we have two seasons of the animated series Sonic X, which is from the early 2000s, and two seasons of Sonic Boom, the latest CG series, which puts the hero next to Tails, Knuckles and other friends in the eternal struggle against the Dr. Robotnik.
Ratchet & Clank
In the same year (2016) that Ratchet & Clank returned in style to the gaming world, they also hit theaters. The movie and the game share the same story: ratchet wants to become a galactic ranger to work alongside his idol, and the little robot clan will try to help you in this mission.
Pac Man
The animated series Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures, from 2014, transforms one of the biggest video game icons into a teenager, who joins forces with his friends to save the Pac-World of an invasion of ghosts.
resident Evil
Although the series is not complete, the catalog of Netflix it has 3 chapters of the film series resident Evil: we have Resident Evil 3 – The Extinction, Resident Evil 5 – Retribution and Resident Evil – The Final Chapter. Personally, I think the whole series sucks, but there’s always someone who likes it, so…
Skylanders Academy
the nice little dragon spyro and your friends live high adventures and face the forces of evil in this animated series that has 3 seasons available in Netflix.
Mortal Kombat
A classic that we even know is crude, but take it easy to see Christopher Lambert like Raiden and some pretty iconic fights. The film is from 1995, and shows Earth fighters going to another dimension to save the world at the base of the beating. The theme song and its “MORTAL KOMBAAAAAT” became as memorable as the movie.
Bonus!
