Black Desert for Console welcomes new Sage class with special events

Pearl Abyss announced today that Black Desert’s new Sage class is now available to players on consoles. In addition, there are special in-game events to celebrate the arrival of this new character.

Meet Sage! The time has come! After imprisoning itself for 49 years, the new Sage class awakens on Black Desert Console! Sage is a caster-type class and a master at manipulating space and time, crushing his enemies. He uses an ancient cube-shaped weapon called Kyve, which allows him to perform powerful magical attacks.

Skills – Through his research into astrology and ancient weapons, Sage possesses unprecedented powers and abilities:

• Spatial Collapse Unleash AOE destruction and weaken enemies’ DP
• Rift Chain Move quickly over short distances without being bothered by obstacles
• sage is the only class in Black Desert which can enter the Hystria Ruins and Aakman Temple dungeons without the normally required key items – giving adventurers the edge with the most rewarding activities in the game.

Big rewards await adventurers who play with Sage

• After completing Sage’s quests, adventurers receive useful items such as a 7 days value package, Eyes of the Wise, Atoraxxion Chandelier, and a Trainer’s Flute.
• Those who level up Sage to lvl 62 before April 28 can look forward to crafting materials and items to improve your character (Cron Stones, Advice of Valks, Gold Bars, Artisan Memory, Laila’s Petal, and Shakatu’s Rare Chest)
• Pearl Abyss dropped the old weapon Kyve at random on the hunting grounds. Players who can find these will receive buffs in the form of 300% extra skill EXP and 100% combat EXP.
