Xiaomi has just formalized the long-awaited renewal of one of its most loved series: Redmi Note. After the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T, we have a change of pace in the Redmi Note 10 series, of which the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro corresponds to the top model.

But what does this Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro offer? To find out, we compare it with other terminals price range and similar features: Realme 7 Pro, OPPO A73 5G, OnePlus Nord N10, Samsung Galaxy A42 5G, LITTLE X3 NFC Y Google Pixel 4a.

In our comparison the terminals are grouped in two– OPPO A73, Samsung Galaxy A42 and Oneplus N10 are 5G, while the rest are 4G. So most have 4G connectivity like that of the Redmi Note 10 Pro, although it must be taken into account that the rest of the terminals we compared have been on the market for some time.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T was 5G, but the Redmi Note 10 Pro remains at 4G, which is less and less common.

For once we have that all include a 6 or 7 series Snapdragon, with no Exynos or MediaTek in sight. In terms of RAM and storage, the Redmi Note 10 Pro is average, with 6 and 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.

    Many hertz

Something that Xiaomi has updated on the Redmi Note 10 Pro is on the screen. We have an AMOLED and Full HD + panel that carries the refresh rate at 120 Hz and the tactile response rate at 240Hz. Except for the exceptions that are counted with your fingers, 120Hz is still the greatest refreshment on the mobile screen even at the high end, so you can ask for little more. Other terminals that also raise the refreshment are the POCO X3 (120 Hz) and OPPO A73 5G and OnePlus N10 (90 Hz).

OLED and LCD are evenly distributed among the competition, with slight differences in millimeters up or down approximately 6.5 inches diagonal, as are the 6.67 “of the Redmi Note 10 Pro. If we omit the Samsung Galaxy A42 5G, which has an HD + resolution screen, at least everyone agrees to incorporate Full HD panels.

    More megapixels than anyone else

Xiaomi is one of the companies that is making the most of Samsung’s 108 megapixel sensors. The Redmi Note 10 Pro is by no means the first to incorporate it, but it remains nonetheless a relatively difficult sensor to find in its price range, at least in other brands. Of the terminals in our comparison, none incorporates it except the Redmi Note 10 Pro, the closest being the 64 MP that Realme, OnePlus and POCO cameras have.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro is not the first mobile with 108 megapixels, but it is one of the few in its price range

In addition to the stiff and fast resolution, the Redmi Note 10 Pro has a resolution Quadruple combination with wide angle, tele / macro and bokeh which does not differ much from those raised by Realme, OnePlus, Samsung or POCO. The Google Pixel 4a, with its simple camera, is obviously once again the “weirdo” of the group.

In front, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro mounts a 16 megapixel camera perforated on the screen, in the center. With the exception of the Samsung Galaxy A42 5G and its notch, all terminals in the comparison choose to incorporate the extension front camera perforated on the screen.

    Lots of battery

One aspect that is becoming characteristic of the Redmi Note series is incorporating a large battery. 5,020 mAh capacity, practically the same as the POCO X3 and slightly higher than that of the Samsung Galaxy A42 5G, which mounts 5,000 mAh. The rest is a bit further away, with the Google Pixel 4a’s 3,140mAh or the OPPO A73 5G’s 4,040mAh.

If in the total capacity, the Redmi Note 10 Pro takes gold, in the fast charging it has to be content with silver. The 33W fast charging (again, same as that of the POCO X3) is superior to that of Samsung, Google and OPPO, although tastes lower than the 65W load. by Realme 7 Pro.

    Comparison table

As always, we leave you one complete comparison table with all the specifications of the terminals in our comparison, so you can see at a glance how similar they are and how they differ.
