Dakar 18 will be present at gamescom 2018
The portuguese development study BigmoonEntertainment, declared fans of rallying, they will carry the first real off-road rally racing simulator Dakar 18 to the fair Gamecom 2018 in Cologne.
The vast and beautiful landscape of South America (Peru, Bolivia and Argentina) will be closer than ever for all those who come to the Deep Silver & Friends booth located in Hall 9 from Tuesday 21 to Saturday 25 August.
Running the Dakar will no longer be a privileged few
Deep Silver and Samsung have teamed up to offer attendees the most immersive experience of Dakar 18 at gamescom using the Samsung Super Ultra Wide monitor that will allow them to enjoy the great beauty of the immense open world of Peru, Bolivia and Argentina.
Those who come to the booth at the fair will have the opportunity to win a Samsung Gaming monitor and will receive various details.
Based on the world famous annual rally organized by Amaury Sport Organization (ASO), in South America, Dakar 18 is a realistic simulation of the world’s leading off-road rally competition and will feature a variety of official vehicles and one of the largest open worlds ever created.
We’ll have to use the road books – provided by the drivers to the development team – to find our way on each of the 14 stages through Peru, Bolivia and Argentina. We will also compete in fierce online multiplayer races, as well as in offline mode to develop our navigation and racing skills.
Dakar 18 focuses on realism and promises to offer a great visual section, faithfully representing many of the vehicles and drivers from each of the 5 racing categories (Cars, Motorcycles, Trucks, Quads and SxS vehicles) of the 2018 DAKAR RALLY.
In addition, the game will feature a single-player mode, as well as both online and split-screen multiplayer experiences. Dakar 18 is scheduled for release at the end of the year for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
