DOOM Soundtrack Coming to CD and Vinyl This Summer

Laced Records, in collaboration with Bethesda Softworks, idSoftware and ZeniMax Media have announced the arrival in physical format of the soundtrack of DOOM.

The music of the popular shooter will arrive on vinyl and CD this summer and we can pre-order it on Laced Records right here.

Recorded at Abbey Road Studios

This is one of the best soundtracks of recent years, recorded at the legendary Abbey Road studios where other stars recorded their songs like the Beatles.

The DOOM OST will arrive in four formats for us to decide which is the one that will satisfy the most the fan that we have inside. There will be a Deluxe Double CD, Double Vinyl, a Four Vinyl Special Edition and a Limited Edition Set.

Winner of the 2016 Game Awards for Best Music and Best Sound Design, as well as being nominated for BAFTA for Best Music, the DOOM OST has been composed by a Bethesda orchestra with the collaboration of Mick Gordon.

This contains the editions

• Deluxe Double CD: Featuring a premium triple sleeve and available direct from Laced Records and participating retailers worldwide (RRP: $15.00)
• Double LP: Printed on 180g blood red vinyl and featuring premium packaging, this release features 20 favorite tracks handpicked by the developers themselves. Available direct from Laced Records and participating retailers worldwide (RRP: $35.00)
• X4LP special edition: Cut at the legendary Abbey Road Studios, this four-disc vinyl set is wrapped in double hard sleeve sleeves and features premium printed inner sleeves with DOOM artwork. Printed on black vinyl, it includes the complete DOOM soundtrack and is available for pre-order at the Laced Records store and participating retailers worldwide (RRP: $80.00)
• Special Limited Edition X4LP: The four-disc special edition comes with all the features of the standard X4LP edition, but is pressed on 180g blood-red vinyl and adds the Deluxe double CD, plus a custom turntable. The Special Edition is only available by pre-order for a period of 14 days ending May 2, 2018 directly from the Laced Records store. (RRP: $100.00)
