DOOM, you choose the image of the inner cover

ID Software wanted to launch a survey on its official Twitter page with which to let fans choose the “internal cover” of DOOM. Practically the game will have a reversible cover, on one side the previously announced artwork will be depicted, on the other the one chosen by the players through this survey. There are two possibilities, and we list them below:

• The first choice therefore quite recalls the style of a certain Diablo, with one side having a stylized demon in gray, on a black background, and red eyes that stand out and recall the title. On the other, a demonic symbol with an uncertain meaning.

• The second variant, on the other hand, is certainly the most modern, and perhaps the closest to the historical fans of the series. It is in fact a sort of reinterpretation of the cover of the original game, released years and years ago, and of the posters that accompanied the release of the old titles of the series.

The poll will end in just over three days, and currently we find option B clearly ahead, 69% against 31% of the opponent’s votes. We remind you that DOOM will see the light on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One starting next May 16th. Meanwhile, vote and make sure you choose the most beautiful cover (hint: B).
