E3 2016: Nier Automata gets new trailer, but it’s postponed to 2017
THE Square Enix released a new trailer for Nier: Automata during the E3 2016, but it ended up bringing bad news, the game, which was scheduled to be released later this year, was postponed to the beginning of 2017.

agme will tell the story of the androids 2B, 9S and A2, and his struggle to reconquer a nation of mechanical beings that has been dominated by powerful weapons known as “Machine Lifeforms”. The protagonist of the game will be the android 2B, with the other two androids in the game party. 2B is a member of the squad YoRHa, to fight the enemy machines. She will be equipped with a sword for close combat and the “Under”, which assists her in ranged combat.
Nier: Automata is the continuation of the acclaimed Deny, launched in 2010. The game is set in a world that follows the events of the fourth final of Deny, but has no direct relationship with the game, but will feature the presence of some characters from the first game.
With that, the release of Deny is now scheduled for the beginning of 2017, the game will be released exclusively for the Playstation 4. The game is being produced by PlatinumGames and will be published by Square Enix.
