Let’s go back to the stage of the most famous lonsagelina fair in the world of video games, this time together with Ubisoft and several special guests, surprises and also reconfirmations on what has been known in these days. Let’s start by saying that Ubisoft compared to last year has managed to bring a beautiful fair to this E3, thanks to new IPs, several titles already announced and a bomb that is very much awaited by many gamers. But let’s not indulge any further and see what Ubisoft brought to this E3 2017.

Miyamoto san!

The conference opens with Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle, while on stage nothing less than is called Shigeru Miyamoto in person, who together with the CEO of Ubisoft presented this cross-over between the two universes that embraces the mechanics of an adventure halfway between a Super Mario and Xcom.

Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom battle is a turn-based strategy where we could create a team of characters taken from both the Mushroom Kingdom and the Rabbids, the game will arrive on Nintendo Switch for the August 29.

In the beginning there was no brotherhood

We continue on stage with Assassin’s Creed: Origins. The title already shown at the Xbox conference, returns to show itself with some more details and an excerpt of gameplay. In this new chapter of Assassin’s Creed, we will take on the role of Bayek and we will experience all the events that will lead to the birth of the brotherhood of assassins and their struggle against the Templars in ancient Egypt. The game will offer RPG mechanics more in-depth and new to the series.

Could this be the worthy return of assassins to our consoles? We’re waiting the release scheduled for October 27th to know.

The limit is no longer the sky

If you are a fan of racing games then you will be delighted with what is shown for the new The Crew 2. Apparently Ubisoft has decided to integrate almost this time any type of vehicle within its game, we will have the classic car races, but also with planes, motorboats and motorcycles. The game was shown with a very adrenaline-pumping trailer that showed the large number of activities we could participate in, so as to effectively make us the king of any motorsport.

Unfortunately, in terms of actual gameplay, nothing really in-depth has been shown, but if you are willing to want to try the title first of all, we recommend that you sign up for the beta that will be available for PC, Ps4 and Xbox One.

South Park on Ios and Android, but not only

And let’s go back to review a previously announced title, let’s talk about South Park: The Fractured but Whole. The new RPG taken from the irreverent and successful animated series returns to be seen, but only with a new trailer and with the release date, scheduled for the October 17 on Ps4, Xbox One and PC.

Let’s turn the page and talk a little about Elijah Wood. That’s right, the actor who brought Frodo into the Hall of Fame is now collaborating with Ubisoft on a project that will be brought to VR. Trasference: Enter the Home of a Mind, this is the name of the future video game that will lead us to discover what it means to dig into the mind of a stranger. The game is in development in Elijah Wood’s studio, SpectreVision.

There are no other details regarding the title, except the alleged one release period expected for spring 2018

Black Flag has left its mark

Let’s move on and welcome a new ip, so here it is Skull and Bones. Skull and Bones takes theBlack Flag’s pirate legacy and makes it a whole new IP. We therefore welcome real pirate battles with improved mechanics compared to those already seen in the assassin saga.

The title is focused on multiplayer and will allow us to face other pirates online in 4vs4 matches, or we could climb the ranking of the most feared pirate and become the true King of pirates. If you want to try Skull and Bones first of all, we invite you to sign up for the Beta here as well.

The inevitable, but also something new

The fair continues with the inevitable Just Dance 2018, the dance title that has now become a Ubisoft must is always present in the fairs, this time however with less space on the stage but with the release date scheduled for the June 12th. Immediately after we are completely catapulted into a new presentation, this time for smartphones.

So back South Park, now on our phones with Sout Park: Phone Destroyer. The game will have a turn-based combat system, while for the other features we still have to wait. The game is expected on our Android and Ios smartphones, but still without a date.

Sky what?

The announcement of new Ubisoft IPs continues: this time it is the turn of Starlink: Battle for Atlas. The game will offer space combat, planets to explore with our spaceship and many real customization options for our vessel. Yes, you read that right, you can actually change the pieces of your ship just like you changed characters on Skylanders, effectively making the game a toy-videogame.

Starlink is expected on Ps4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch for 2018.

From Steep to Far Cry

It makes a short comeback too Steep, the sports simulator presented last year is renewed with a DLC called Road to the Olimpics. Through a trailer we see how all the Olympic disciplines will be added to the game. The Steep DLC is expected on December 5, 2017.

Immediately after the DLC presentzione, here we end up with the big game, or the discussed one Far Cry 5. The title is shown with a fantastic and brutal gameplay trailer where the various characters that we may know within the game are presented, and most likely also take them with us on a mission. Continuing the vision, we note how part of the trailer confirms the presence of the co-op, now an inevitable element within Far Cry. Far Cry 5 is expected on February 27, 2018.

The final bomb

With everything that has been presented, I never imagined I would actually see such a presentation on stage at E3. Beyond Good and Evil 2 he is more alive than ever. Almost 15 years have passed since the first chapter of the game and fans have always asked for a new chapter, but now their dream has come true.

The trailer that is shown to us presents several new characters even to those who have played the first chapter, especially since this Beyond is a prequel. It’s hard to say where the game is in development, but one thing is for sure, if you want to help create the game, you can sign up for Ubisoft’s beta program and help the developers create the new Beyond Good and Evil 2.

Let’s summarize

The fair held by Ubisoft on the E3 stage was certainly effective, they managed to present several new titles such as Skull and Bones, Starlink and South Park for smartphones. Even the return of Assassin’s Creed it was not bad, especially for what seems to be a real change of course in terms of the mechanics that will support it, but the icing on the cake was undoubtedly Beyond Good and Evil 2.

In short, congratulations to Ubisoft that manages to bring a fair capable of making you forget that of last year, giving the right space to the most anticipated titles and also to new ones. What do you think of the fair made by Ubisoft? Did you like this E3?
