Free Radical Design returns, development of the next TimeSplitters game begins
Deep Silver today announces the formation of a new studio that will support the beloved TimeSplitters series returns. Important original members of the Free Radical Design team including founders Steve Ellis and David Doak have returned to re-establish Free Radical Design†
The highly regarded Free Radical Design team has a 22-year history in various forms. The studio is responsible for the most iconic games of the 00s, including the first TimeSplitters game that appeared in 2000. The award-winning TimeSplitters series received two new installments, all filled with humorous references to pop culture and battles in different eras and locations. “It is this unique style that has given the TimeSplitters series a large and passionate following, who will no doubt be excited about the new Deep Silver Studio and eager to learn more details as the franchise progresses,” said Paul Nicholls, Global Brand and Marketing Director at Deep Silver.

It Free Radical Design team starts developing the next TimeSplitters game in the coming months; for now they are concentrating on building the studio in the Nottingham area. Vacancies within the studio will be announced in due course.
