iQOO is a sub-brand of Vivo that usually presents different bets of interesting smartphones in the eastern market and that will soon reach the different continents. One of the latest models announced is iQOO U3, an entry-level tone with 5G connectivity thanks to the integrated MediaTek chip.
The new IQOO start arrives as a mobile below 200 euros and offer those users the fastest connectivity on the market, as well as interesting components. The design maintains that shown on previous devices, including the iQOO U1x.
iQOO U3, all about the new phone
iQOO U3 arrives with an important screen mounted as standard, it is a 6.58-inch panel Full HD + (2,400 x 1,080 pixels) and the update frequency is 90 Hz. It arrives protected with Gorilla Glass 5, it is very interesting especially against splashes, blows and other things that this material resists.
The processor that powers it is MediaTek’s Dimensity 800U, it is accompanied by the plastic graphic MP3 Mali-G57, 6/8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, all expandable via MicroSD. The battery is egregious enough to last a full day, it is 5,000 mAh with a fast charge of 18W. It stands out for the liquid cooling included.
It mounts a total of three cameras, in the front an 8 megapixel sensor that is quite adequate, the rear two are a 48 megapixel camera as the main and next camera with a 2 megapixel Bokeh. In the sensors section, it is enough for the most demanding current tasks, taking good snapshots.
Connectivity, efficient system and more
It’s one of the things that iQOO U3, since it is a smartphone with 5G, also adaptable to 4G networks, it comes with Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, Wi-Fi, USB-C for charging and it also has a minijack for headphones. The phone is unlocked via a border fingerprint speaker, next to the power and prominence messenger.
The effective system is Android 10 under the iQOO UI 1.5 custom layer It comes with applications installed as standard to give your phone the best possible performance. Above, the phone installs an application to be able to transfer all the data from the old terminal to the new one, all through Bluetooth.

Availability and price
iQOO U3 arrives with very interesting prices, the 6/128 GB dummy can be purchased for 1,498 yuan (188 euros at the exchange rate), while the 8/128 GB dummy can be purchased for 1,698 yuan (213 euros at the exchange rate). IQOO’s U3 goes into pre-sale today December 14 and will be delivered next week to all who pre-order it.
iQOO U3 arrives in two colors for the moment, in a sable shade or in a gradient frame, while later there will be a mechanism with a completely white background.
