In the age of film trilogy, it’s good to hear if someone wants more. Heartbreaking news for those who have fallen in love with the world of Pitch Black and the hero of the sci-fi action film, Vin Diesel: it looks like the second part (Pitch Black 2: Chronicles of Riddick) are confident that the charisma of the character is enough for up to four sequels, as in the case of, say, Indiana Jones. Yes, four parts are planned. According to the leaked news, the Indy parallel is only justified because they don’t want to tell Riddick’s story in chronological order, but by bouncing back and forth. In the second part, for example, we learn how our hero became an infrared killer, but in the third part, they want to send him among the alien creatures again.
