Ringly aims to solve a problem that many women have: not hearing important calls, displaying messages or notifications because they do not hear the device that is inside their bag.

Ringly’s solution looks like a trendy ring, but it’s actually a high-tech smart ring that can notify users of incoming messages, notifications, phone calls, and more.

The Ringly app will support iOS and Android devices at launch and will be paired with Ringly’s hardware via Bluetooth LE. Through the application it is possible to customize the light and vibration patterns for the different types of notifications. The ring can notify you when you receive a text message, call, calendar alert, email or third-party notification, and can even alert you if you forget your phone.

The battery of the ring lasts three days on a full charge. The ring itself is made of 18k gold with semi-precious stones available in black onyx, emerald, pink sapphire and rainbow moonstone.

Ringly co-founder and CEO Christina Mercando said:

Today, Ringly launches its presale campaign with the price tag of $ 145 for the ring.

It will be available in sizes 6, 7 and 8.
