Road to Six Invitational in-game event returns in Rainbow Six Siege


The Road to Six Invitational in-game returns to Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege starting Thursday, January 21. The event will take place every weekend (Thursday to Monday) until the end of the 2021 Six Invitational, the Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege esports event of the year, on February 22. In addition, the proceeds from the Six Invitational 2021 Battle Pass, which are already available, will contribute to the prize pool of this tournament.

During the Road to Six Invitational in-game event, Operators try to prove who is the best on Stadium, the competitive map that brings together elements from the Border and Coastline maps. On this map, bulletproof windows create new situations where players see each other without being able to confront each other. The matches are played in bomb mode, have Pick & Ban and consist of three three minute rounds per side. Captains Mira, Capitão, Ash and Vigil, and their teams, will also wear outfits from the Six Invitational 2021 Battle Pass.

During the entire in-game event, the Road to SI 2021 Battle Pass will still be available with a Free and a Premium track, available for 1200 R6 Credits. The Battle Pass contains 100 tiers with a total of 135 rewards to unlock before February 22. Also, as much as 30% of the Battle Pass sales will contribute to the prize pool of the Six Invitational 2021 (up to a maximum of $3,000,000).

The Six Invitational 2021 is more than a tournament. The Six Invitational is an annual gathering of all fans to celebrate their love for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege together. From February 9 to 21, the world’s top 20 teams will compete in a secure, competitive LAN environment, in accordance with guidelines from health organizations and local authorities. For security reasons, there will be no public present. However, Rainbow Six Siege fans can digitally enable via Twitch and YouTube to watch the best teams in the world compete for the world title. Additionally, viewers will get a glimpse of everything the development team has in store for Year 6.
