Song of Horror is a cinematic horror game with 16 protagonists
Song of Horror is a horror game with a cinematic feel that promises to test the player’s nerves: you’ll have to (try) to keep 16 characters alive, escaping from an evil entity capable of creating challenges and procedural traps to corner you!
work from the spanish studio Protocol Games, in Song of Horror it takes place in the mansion of an eccentric writer, where 16 strangers have been called for different reasons. The problem is that only after they get there do these guests realize that there is something very wrong, with lights going out and sinister things happening.
The player will be able to control each of these 16 characters, and try to keep them alive until the end, more or less like in until dawn. No space marines or super soldiers, everyone is just like us, normal people who will need to deal with a supernatural enemy while exploring environments and solving puzzles.
The game seeks inspiration in the works of Edgar Alan Poe and HP Lovecraft to create a dark atmosphere, perfect environment for “The presence” hunt them relentlessly. It promises to be a huge difference in the game, as its refined artificial intelligence will allow it to assimilate player behavior patterns to create situations, traps and unpredictable and lethal dangers for each character!
As a narrative-driven experience, the player can reach several different endings in Song of Horror, according to how many (and which) characters arrive alive at the end of the sinister adventure.

Let’s keep an eye out: Song of Horror it’s been in production since 2015, but it still doesn’t have a defined release date, but it should only be out in 2018. Platforms have not yet been made official, but it’s safe to expect the game to come out, at the very least, for SQUARE.
