Star Ocean 5 in new images and Japanese box art

Square-Enix today released a series of new images of Star Ocean 5: Integrity and Faithlessness, JRPG which will arrive in Japanese stores starting from March 31, 2016 exclusively for PS3 and PS4, while in Europe and America it is expected for a generic 2016.

Among the boundless lands of the title, the screenshots show the city of Midok, of the kingdom of Resuria, on the border of Randok. In the town, players will find the Welch Vineyard shop, which specializes in finding and crafting items and will teach the player how to craft recipes.

Other images of Star Ocean 5 show, through caricatures, other activities that can be carried out such as cooking and forging weapons, as well as game sessions in which special attacks are used such as the F-Dystopia and F-Punishment of the witch Fiore.

Amazon Japan has instead included in its catalog, the Japanese box art of Star Ocean 5: Integrity and Faithlessness, depicting all the protagonists of the title. The cover artwork was created by illustrator and designer Akira Yasuda, better known as Akiman and famous for working on titles such as Street Fighter and Red Dead Revolver.
