SMARTPHONE REPLACEMENT / RETURN
The return or replacement of the smartphone in good condition can take place after paying the 12th installment, and within 60 days from the expiry date of the aforementioned installment as long as the Customer is up to date with the payments. The customer can return and / or replace the smartphone in the TIM stores participating in the initiative, ceasing its TIM Next offer. In this case, it will be considered free from any contractual constraint on the Device and on the services associated with it. The replacement can only take place by returning the device and joining a new TIM NEXT offer by choosing from the available Device models. TI guarantees on the new smartphone the maintenance of the conventional guarantee, of the replacement and return service under the current conditions (€ 5.9); depending on the offer and the Device chosen, the customer may be required to pay an entry ticket or a different product installment to those indicated in this contract. depending on the type of new device chosen.
If he does not return the smartphone, and in the 60 days in which the return is possible, the customer will regularly continue to pay the foreseen installments and the conventional guarantee fee until the expiry of the 24th / 30th month.
In case of termination of TIM NEXT before the contractual expiry for reasons attributable to the Customer, the following will be charged:
– the amounts for early termination contractually envisaged
– the balance of the remaining installments of the product price
– the missing fees of the conventional guarantee
NB: if the customer has never used the conventional guarantee service, during the termination phase, the fees missing at the expiry date will not be charged.
