The fifth edition of the Six Invitational, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege World Championship, will take place in Paris from May 11-23. Following approval from the French government and local authorities, the Brazilian teams will be allowed to participate in the competition in France, subject to additional security measures. To ensure everyone’s safety, the event will take place without a live audience and participants must follow strict sanitary measures.

While Ubisoft is again saddened that Wildcard Gaming is not participating in the Six Invitational despite its concerted efforts with the organization, the biggest Rainbow Six Siege event is getting closer and closer. Everyone who took part in this event is really looking forward to bringing the long-awaited competition to the world champions of Season 2020 to the Siege community around the world.

During the Six Invitational, the top 19 teams in the world from the four main regions of the Rainbow Six Esports circuit will compete in a competitive LAN environment following strict sanitary measures and without the presence of a live audience. During the group stage, which takes place from May 11 to 16, the teams compete for a place in the playoffs. These playoffs will take place from May 19-23 and will be broadcast from the Palais Brongniart, a historic venue in the heart of Paris.
