Ubisoft backs down and will not remove the standard version of ‘Rainbow Six Siege’
On January 21, with the arrival of the third season of content from Rainbow Six SiegeUbisoft announced three new editions in a move that seemed destined to please fans but that had small print and it is that except for the Starter Edition of PC, the consoles were going to be left without the normal edition of the game.
This edition, of 39.99 euros, was going to be replaced by the Advanced Editionwhich comes with various extras such as 10 packs from the Outbreak collection and whose price was going to €59.99. A multitude of users complained about this movement, and the tone of their protests has been so high that the company has backed down announced that will keep the standard version of the game with its reduced price.
Yet another sign that the united community has power, and that it is necessary to complain so that the companies listen and change certain unfortunate decisions. Bravo for them!
