Underworld Dreams is a Lovecraftian horror exclusive to Switch, check out the trailer
While some think of the Nintendo Switch only as a console to receive ports and exclusives from Big N, the console continues to receive interesting exclusive titles. In 2020, a psychological horror game will be released exclusively for Switch. Meet Underworld Dreams now!
Underworld Dreams part of rather grim premises: it is based on the book The King of Yellow, in Robert W. Chambers — which in turn was inspired by the work of HP Lovecraft to compose his story, of a play that drives everyone who sees it crazy.
The game has as a protagonist Arthur Adler, a guy who spent years in jail for a series of murders he supposedly didn’t commit. Years later, he revisits the crime scene and must deal with ghosts from the past and other gruesome events.

The game promises to mix elements that horror game fans appreciate: investigation, puzzles and survival, as well as combat against sinister creatures of darkness. The fact that it is exclusive to the Switch may (or may not) indicate that accelerometer and touchscreen features can be incorporated into game mechanics, but I’m just speculating.
Another interesting point will be the presence of multiple endings: the decisions the player makes during the game will affect the narrative, and the outcome of the story of Arthur.
guys from Switch, start stocking diapers: Underworld Dreams should be released early next year, exclusively for the Nintendo platform.
