Apple will make the AppleCare chat service available always online and will make some graphic changes to the site

Breath of news, in California: Apple is about to modify the AppleCare customer service with an online chat always available (unfortunately, there is no news if it will be a plus for American users or will be extended to Europe); in addition, the graphical interface of the site will be modified making it similar to the style of the albums in iTunes.

The rumors claim that the online chat should start on August 12 and always be operational in case someone needs help and it will be possible to ask for help both regarding Macintosh computers and iOS devices. The Cupertino company had already tried it 8 years ago, but with poor results. However, it seems that August 12 will be an important date, a date when a company’s customer service will always be available via a simple chat.

There are rumors that the support part of the site will change a bit, remembering the method of viewing an album in iTunes.

Much simpler and more beautiful at the same time.

In full Apple style.
